Cemetery Pre-arrangement Unemployment Benefit

Our Convenient Pre-Purchase affiliated cemeteries have a program in place to offer to thier valued customers. This program is the Cemetery Pre-arrangement Unemployment Benefit program which will grant all customers a reduction on the payment for the purchase of cemetery property, burial goods or services. 

The terms of the purchase agreement is subject to the following conditions:

1. The wage earner is employed on a full time basis at the time of the purchase and subsequently becomes unemployed, or goes on strike, may keep his contract in force by paying $5.00 per month.
2. At the time the wage earner makes application for the benefit under this program, the Purchase Agreement must be no more than 30 days past due in accordance to its original terms or as adjusted if a prior benefit has been received under this program.
3. This program may only be used after the initial three (3) payments of a contract have been paid.
4. For each month that the purchaser utilizes this benefit, he/she must come to the Cemetery Office, provide proof of unemployment, sign benefit Receipt, and pay a sum of Five Dollars ($5.00) which amount will be applied to the unpaid balance then outstanding on the Purchase Agreement.
5. Unemployment protection may be used until Purchaser is gainfully employed, at which time Purchaser must resume making the full monthly payments.
6. During the period that the Purchaser receives this benefit, no additional interest on the principal will be charged.

The Purchaser, by executing this burial pre-arrangement unemployment benefit program, agrees to the foregoing terms and conditions of this benefit and further understands that no oral representations in addition to the written terms herein are valid in regard to this benefit.
